At Onobit, we strive to deliver quality web design and digital services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy is drafted in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and relevant guidelines issued by the Government of India.
Clients may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided work has not started.
If the project is already initiated, cancellation may not be accepted.
Once final deliverables (design files, hosting, or digital assets) are shared, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
Full Refund: If cancellation is requested before the start of work.
Partial Refund: If cancellation is requested after partial work, up to 50% refund may be processed, depending on the progress.
No Refund: Once the project is completed and delivered.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Change of mind after service delivery.
Delay in providing required inputs/content from the client.
Third-party services (such as hosting, plugins, stock images, or domain names).
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Onobit services and website (https://onobit.com). By accessing our site or purchasing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Onobit provides web design, UI/UX, and digital solutions.
Service scope will be defined in the proposal/agreement before initiation.
All payments must be made in advance through approved payment gateways (Razorpay/UPI/Net Banking/Credit/Debit Cards).
Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless mentioned otherwise.
Deliverables (website files, designs, hosting) will be shared digitally.
Timelines are subject to cooperation from the client (feedback, content, approvals).
Final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment.
Onobit reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing material.
Onobit will not be responsible for:
Third-party delays (hosting providers, domain registrars).
Client-side negligence (failure to update passwords, misuse).
Losses arising out of force majeure events (natural calamities, internet outages, government restrictions).
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in [Insert Your City], India.

Since Onobit provides digital services only, no physical shipping is applicable.
Deliverables will be shared through email, cloud storage, or direct deployment to hosting servers.
Delivery timelines will be communicated in writing (email/contract).
Projects may take 7–45 business days depending on scope and complexity.
Delays caused due to pending inputs, approvals, or content from the client are not Onobit’s responsibility.
Clients must confirm receipt of deliverables within 3 business days.
If no response is received, the project will be deemed successfully delivered.
